Thanks. I'm doing everything not by the book, I have to admit. I should really be varying the pace a bit, using technology like you were and probably going out more often than twice a week...but not doing any of those. I just want to get round in one piece really, with a small improvement to my best time as a bonus.
I found twice a week was enough, especially with a young family and a job (+ commute) to factor in. Shortish quick midweek run (4-6 miles) and a long slow one at weekends. Maybe a bit of cross training - bike, swim if I could manage it. I need to set a goal for this year and get running again. Problem is I am a right miserable stress-head when not training and a right miserable grumpy tired bastard when I am. My family love me.  |

Celebrity Big Brother has been quality this series, probably best ever (I know that's not saying much). After a hard day at work and putting the kids to bed it's always good to chill out to absolute brain dead tv like CBB and it being spot on.
Hope Jim Davidson wins, he's been brilliant.

Never watched it before, but found nothing on one night near the beginning and became hooked! Think Jim will win personally! |
