The official STFC Twitter is doing full 'as live' Twitter coverage of the 1993 Play-Off final next Friday 31st May.

That's so nerdy, and so good.

The first two parts of the Bourne trilogy being on ITV2 the past couple of nights. Great films.

12hr shift tomorrow too. Shouldn't be looking forward to it, but I am. It's nice to be working again.

Achieving nearly 15k steps on day 1 of the Global Corporate Challenge.

The aim is to average 10k steps a day, basically to try and get a little bit more active. Not sure how long the enthusiasm will last, supposed to be 16 weeks!

Got a new phone today.

It has GPS on it, the phone homes into where I am perfectly. The misses was playing with it and said: "that's really good, if you lose your phone again you will know where to find it"

Silly as it sounds I bet there is an app for that, so you can find it using the internet. Certainly are 'trackers' and 'stolen' phone apps the do the same.

But I know she didn't mean it like that. Women only beat men at technology when it comes to washing machine programs. Why do you need more than hot, medium and cold?!

I have AVG mobile on my Android, Its AV and GPS at the same time, you can log into a web portal on any PC and track your phone, if you loose it, or its gets nicked, you can send commands to it and make it shut down, or set the alarm off, even wipe all its contents.

Pretty handy.
