Rather embarrassingly this tune makes me feel good. (I hate music of this genre and 99% of anything modern that could win a mobo.)

I like that Barry, very good

Dropping a subtle hint to a work colleague about possibly moving on, knowing it'll get back to the boss. Hey presto - a week later, promotion and being sent on a four day cruise to "familiarise myself with the ship".

Didn't even get the other job. Suckers.

When my windscreen wash finally defrosted today at +1.....hours of a fuzzy windscreen because of the grit/salt did me in.

Advancing and running the biggest shows I have ever done and it NOT going completely tits up.  Therefore once again getting away with no one discovering I am clearly a charlatan and a fraud who is blagging his way through this all!

Stopping at The Bear near Wallingford today.....parking up the lorry and grabbing a coffee and mince pie by a roaring log fire........the English Port looked very appealing but i just resisted.

Sneaking a day off tomorrow for Cheltenham races. Hip flask, racing post and a few cheeky pints of the black stuff in the Arkle bar whilst knowing most people are at work.

A couple of winners would round off the day perfectly.

Shaun Murphy not winning. Not that I normally like Mark Williams, but Murphy can seriously fuck off.

The snooker again. Higgins coming from behind needing a snooker to stop Williams in a match winning frame.
