Now I’m not a fan of his in the slightest, I actually think he’s a bit of a twat. But I do not like how there can be a 90 minute programme absolutely ruining a blokes life/career based on accusations that he hasn’t even been arrested for.

If the rumours that gave been circulating for years have any truth in them there has been injunctions in place for years hence all this only coming to light now after media outlets have bunged loads of investigation time at it, and as happened in various other cases it took one person to come forward which started a process.

It's also been suggested that Mr Brand has been given several weeks to respond to the allegations but has not done so.

Nor me. But the the legal profession, police and CPS have targets to bring men to court for sexual offences as it is deemed that not enough are getting to court or being prosecuted….
