My wife's employer (my ex-employer) phoning her up whilst on maternity leave to ask if she fancies coming in for a few hours because they've got backlogs. Jokers.
She should tell them she wants £250 per day and won't work partial days. Or just tell them to get fucked, they can't make her work KIT days if she doesn't agree to it. |

No, they're not forcing her to go in or saying it's compulsory, but it just miffed me that they're taking advantage of the KIT days because they're in the shit when they know full well she has a 2yr old and a 3month old to look after.

My wife got paid for all her KIT days, we used it to suppliment our income, our daughter went to the grandparents on those days. I think thay do have to pay for KIT days |
