Way stronger than the title of this thread but an ex work colleague of mine having to have a double Mastectomy at 29 years of age. Absolutely shocking.

Receiving a letter from HMRC to say that my child tax credits will stop from April.

Cheers, you cunts.

Had one of these last year - waiting for my child benefit to stop next

I had that letter too. Considering i only got £10.46 a week it isn't a real blow. But when nearly every household bill has risen in recent weeks its still a kick in the bollocks.

Our entitlement was about the same. Like you say, it's not a lot, but it's £40 a month that paid towards littl'uns nursery fees.

From what I've read about the changes to the income thresholds tonight, when No. 2 arrives in June we'll be entitled to something again.

My fucking cuntbag of a knee not doing what it's meant to. First game of 5-a-side since ACL reconstruction last April, and everything below my thigh just doesn't work like it's supposed to. Top half turns to run after the ball, bottom half stays where it is. And i'm fed up of my hamstring now going every time i try and do something which involves sprinting.

Frustrating. Incredibly frustrating.

We had ours stopped last year.  What is the threshold being changed to?

Coming to this thread and forgetting the something which mildly annoys me, which means it couldn't have been that bothersome anyway.
