BT. Moved home 2 weeks ago, annoyingly had to wait until this week for my services to be moved - they didn't turn up yesterday despite me calling and being reassured they would definitely show up by 8pm (it was a 1pm-6pm appointment!)
No discount, no sincere apology, and I have to wait now until Friday (assuming they turn up).
Fucking useless.

having had many a moan to BT their customer charter says even if you had a job they wouldn't recompense you for taking time off to wait for a spastic to not turn up. also, they're fine to send your details to another address as it's not breaking data protection. (i sometimes think you bait me...) |

We had to wait 3 weeks for them to move the phones when we moved units at work & then they can't move the phone number from Greenbridge to Stratton. |
