BT. I got a phone call today telling me I've cancelled my dd and I need to set it up or be fined. I explained I would not be doing that because they owe me money and I've paid a year up front so there will be no charges.
They explained there will be charges because the t&cs of paying a year up front mean I have to make 2 chargeable calls per month or be fined £2 a month + another £2 (I think) for having no dd.
Great. When I take up murder, BT's leader and his family are being gutted. I'm in a fucking rage today.
