Ive just got a lovely seat on an avanti train to Glasgow.  2 stops later we were ditched off as the train was broken.  Had an hour wait at Wolverhampton station.  Lost my comfy seat.  As far as Im concerned fuck avanti.

Ive said it so many times, If we have a shit rail system I dont mind so much if its our rail system.  Nationalise it!!!!

But then you wouldn’t be able to get your delay repay. 🤭

Sorry to say it but trains in Spain are amazing! You can only board if you have a seat ( like a plane) they are fast, clean, on-time and cheap. It takes 6 hours to drive to Madrid from where I live, 2 hours 40 on train and it's about 30-80 euros return

Haha, i saw this yesterday and was going to comment. I totally agree with you about this, people are more and more in their own bubble.

Take driving for example, I've noticed over the last few weeks that people 'seemingly' aren't bothering with indicators anymore, especially on roundabouts. It's almost like common courtesy has completely gone out of the window.

When my dad was ill in Spain I spent a fair amount of time over there in Malaga and can remember the locals kicking off because their 30 minute journey into the centre of Malaga had increased in price to about 4 Euros
