Could be worse, had a letter from Wessex Water stating ours is going up by £400 a year, up to £71.50pm (currently pay £37.50pm from £22.00pm in 2023). I am looking forward to speaking to them on the phone during lunch.
I can't even go to a competitor and claim they are offering me water for £20pm to kick them into shape. Bastards.
