Yeahbut, it's all a fucking great crack innit?

The people who instigated this should be tracked down and prosecuted for Incitement to commit riot.

Keyboard warriors need to learn that their posting may have consequences and the conswquences may come down on them.

"The disorder came after social media videos urged people to turn up and cause disruption on Oxford Street."

The way the current generation get their kicks at the moment is a bit frightening if i'm honest. My wife was walking in the high street in broad daylight the other day and she said a group of about 4 or 5 kids, aged about 13-14 just walked alongside her asking how she was etc. It all sounds pretty innocent but she felt intimidated and wondered if they were trying to rob her or whatever. I think when they realised they weren't going to get much of a rise out of her they moved onto someone else and repeated the same trick.

I've also read on the nosey neighbour app 'nextdoor' of incidents of older kids in groups taking bikes/scooters off of younger kids and throwing them about/breaking them. To me, there definitely appears to be an undertone of nastiness around more these days. I've always been scared of my own shadow so try and keep my distance from this sort of thing.

Streets are fucking awful now. Without going on a rant that turns into a back and forth about immigration i would love the public and the Gov to give a fuck about this stuff and knife crime as they do about immigration because this stuff is effecting normal folks everyday lie more than immigration.

We spent the last 20 years shouting about immigrations and muslims grooming gangs etc that we have actually overlooked what 'our own' kids are doing.

When my kids go out it isn't immigrants etc i am worried about its the little cunts from our estates on scooters etc with knifes robbing them

Have a good day

It's the same with communities as it is with individuals. It's easier to look outwards for blame, than it is to look inwards for fault.

Ultimately you sign up for the very low fares that Ryanair charge, you also sign up for their terms/conditions/policies, yes its over the top but you agreed to it in return for playing a low price for your flight.

Its not ideal, but tough sadly.

Indeed.  While T&C's still have to be "reasonable" it really does surprise me how many people gripe on social media and to the local press about their own stupidity.  It may seem like a high fee, and it certainly imposes a degree of penalty jeopardy, but that is partially the point.  You are using a crazy cheap supplier, but that is predicated on the service being slick and efficient.  As soon as you start asking them to do things that require effort and time, you'll get hammered for it as having people manned to do those activities is not a part of a cheap and efficient provider.

Ryanair get a lot of knockers, some of it very valid (mostly around attitude for me, not the actual policies themselves), but I've used them in the past and provided you play by their rules they actually deliver.  It's very low cost (compare them to a train fare for example), generally on time and using ultra modern infrastructure - I think they have one of the youngest fleets of any airline that size.  They also, for good or bad, changed the industry in Europe.
