That's the bit that irritated me as well Sippo. Quite why the adver is giving whoever this guy is the time of day is another thing.

Its not just in the Adver, but in a few other papers albeit all part of the Reach stable so I suspect its either a rehash of a press release he has released for the publicity (I note he has provided all his own photos), or because he feels he needs to make a big public gesture for his wife for some reason, or alternatively he is mates with a journo somewhere.

This made me smile in the version published in Wales...

The luxury car fan had previously tried to buy a car from Ferrari Swindon but claims he was ignored in the showroom as he was wearing a tracksuit.

I'd also ignore him especially if he was being a cunt and wondering around like he owned the joint.

I took the boy to ferrari for a look around and they were civilised and friendly. I was wearing shorts.

I am off to the adver...

Also, if you go to Porsche they offer you free snacks, kid treats and even let you sit in their cars!

The child in me likes that the Ferrari dealer in Swindon is called Dick Lovett!!

TBH we get a lot of similar pointless self publicising  'stories' in the local rags round here regarding Tyson Fury.

Can tell you've been out of town for a while, Dick Lovett runs half the car dealerships in Swindon and has for years. Still makes me smile though. Up there with the Bath estate agent "Wild and Lye".

At least people have heard of Tyson Fury though!

Doctors surgeries. Appointment cancelled ten minutes before it was due and I was about to walk out of the house. Not the first time either. In fact that’s about the third time in the last few years they’ve done that citing staff illness, oh the irony. As I pointed out to her if I had cancelled with ten minutes to go you’d send me a snotty computer generated text threatening to dump from your list of patients.

Will be flying up to Lyneham via Salisbury plane around 4.25pm to 4.32pm. I'll take a nosey outside later.

Once had a whale in front of me on a long haul from the States, their seat reclined all the way back without them pressing the button.

You want 2 seats, pay for 2 seats, simple

There are 3 flying in formation, you can track them live here if you want to know when to head out and where to look:
