And how much do the royals bring in? I suspect most of us pay more tax on one tank of fuel than the royal family costs us a year. It's just another glorious facet to shine in the pathetic class-wars that continually go on and on and on and on in this childish country.
Without the Royal family and the wedding today I think our country would have nothing to be proud of and nothing to help push aside apathy every once in a while. I'm a cynical fuck, but today has restored some pride in this country. We're already a shit country, lets not start calling for the abolishment of one of the last remaining good things this country has because we're bitter over a few quid annoyed at a group of people in a class perceived above ours.
they bring fuck all in imo.all they do is cost us money when they are rich beyond our wildest dreams.they dont need our money and should cut back like we all have to.people would still visit palaces castles etc,etc if there was no royal family due to the history of it.it's not just the cost in a normal year, its the cost of the wedding on top of that, and the licence fee money wasted on it.let them fucking pay and give something back to the nation if they are that great. i'm equally as pissed off with those at the bottom of society who scrounge and do fuck all for their money too.no class war here.i noted tony blair and gordon brown were not invited so are they not creating their own class divide?a politcal party one at least. i dont think we need the huge cost of the wedding when every other fucker is struggling and losing jobs etc.as for the bank holiday,we should be getting more anyway, as we lag behind every other country in that regard.

They believed (prior to the wedding) that it would have viewing figures of 2 billion. I think it's wrong to say the Royal family bring in fuck all, because if that were the case, no one would watch the wedding. Regardless, I still consider 1 pound each nothing compared to some of the ludicrious expenses our government has totted up over the years. The HMRC website, which is truly, truly shit, cost over £35m a year... (Shit like that should get people angry, but it doesn't, because the Sun didn't write about it and it didn't go to Eton/drive a nice car.)

Thick scouse cunts who leave sarcastic and offensive messages on my answering phone at work because I was on my own with a customer and could not get to the phone when you rang.
If it was not for the fact that David Cameron had given every other cunt the day off because of the royal fucking wedding, I would have answered your pointless fucking telephone call sooner, you prick.
I do know who you are, you arrogant cunt, and if you would care to check your voicemail, you will find that I have left you an equally sarcastic and offensive message informing you of the fact that you are now banned from all of my business premises.

Not trivial, but all ok thanks mate! Come back from the pub and she texts me saying she's been hooked up to a monitor and had an examination!

I would've thought there was a lot of tourists in London today who have some over to witness it live, so they are spending money over here, earning the country a few quid. Anyway, I would rather have the Royals than having to vote for a President every 4 years.

Just finished a 6 hour 45 minute (count 'em) conference call (which included customers so I couldn't just tell them all to fuck off) that started at 9.30 pm. And I have to be up at 8. Yay, 24x7 Global Economy!
I do understand it, but equally I'm mildly annoyed
