Yes I suppose so. Though if you are pissed enough to drink a goldfish I doubt you consider such things. It also seems unduly high compared to much more serious crimes, like injuring/killing by driving while without a license. But I guess that's subjective/down to personal morality (to me its just a goldfish). |
