Having to go to Wales till sunday , staying with the MiL.
Shes been there 10 years and had successfully managed to avoid going

And having to pay to get into the dump sticks in my craw too

Haha well done. Better "non conformist" rate than me, though I managed to stay away last weekend.

Wales is a beautiful country with some great places. It's also got a few places that are best described as dumps. All in all, it's pretty much exactly the same as England but with sillier accents.

I like Wales,  it's got some lovely coastlines,  great mountains and quaint towns.

Also some gorgeous beers. Rorke's Draught and Dark Matter spring to mind.

Might be due to the number of English castles dotted about to keep them in order  Smiley

Actually,  I think Wales has the highest number of castles in relation to land area, more than anyone else.

641 of them!
