Didn't get any Glasgow 2014 tickets...wasn't expecting to get the 100m final, but have they really sold out Ibrox for Rugby 7s? And the Judo? Fair play if they have, but still more than mildly irritating.

Now i am not tight but it does really annoy me that you have to pay to retrieve money from a hole in the wall at motorway service stations.

Tescos credit card. They stopped a couple of payments. When I phoned to speak to someone to find out why I failed their security questions twice. The questions were "what is my credit limit" - no fucking idea as I don't go near it. The other question was which bank account number and sort code did you set the account up in - this was 15 years ago - fuck knows. I told them I could give them account details of the account I'd used to repay them online for the last 10 years. So now I don't know why they stopped my card. They won't speak to me. I can't contact them online so I had to write them a good old fashioned letter. So I don't know if someone has been using the card fraudulently or whether their security measures flagged an issue - which they have twice before on my account. Both times we were using the card legitimately on holiday in the UK. Fucking useless cunts.

"Dispatching now" status from amazon. I can cope with dispatching soon. Soon means in the near future, so its not unreasonable to think that within a few days, a week even, that your item will be in the post. "Now" though specifies immediacy. I imagine the item to be in the hand of the picker, who will run to the courier just to ensure it leaves the building today. But in Amazon's dictionary "now" seems to mean whenever they feel like it. Hence why my item has been "dispatching now" for three sodding days. Screw you Amazon. Screw you. I did of course choose free "super saver delivery"

I ordered a book from Amazon recently that was at "Dispatching now" for three days before the status changed.
Usually I find Amazon dispatch same day, but not in this case.

Was the order fulfilled by amazon though?
On a separate note we had 116 emails today with viruses. All sent from various yahoo accounts to different email accounts but all had fake amazon subject lines.
Seems to be a lot going around so be aware!

Not having time to catch up with Breaking Bad before the finale and despite my best efforts I've now seen two spoilers in the last few minutes that presumably give away the entire ending.

Where are you looking and the budget? Don't forget there's always compromises to make!

I know there are compromises, its hard though. Looking at some (affordable) areas of old town or old Walcott. Went to have a look at a place in wroughton today which was nice, so that's another possibility. Something will come up, im sure

Right, I don't even remotely like Cameron/Johnson/Osborne et al, but does it really matter that they don't know the price of bread and milk? I know I don't, it just goes in the trolley and lost on the receipt. It tells us nothing, and isn't anywhere near newsworthy.
