Tbh I don't think they'll be much hassle if we get a result there.

As long as you're sensible and don't act like a twat outside the ground.

(Oh dear, there's gonna be trouble, isn't there?)

I've been to Millwall quite a few times and never seen any bother. I'm not saying its risk free but as long as you don't act up and don't go looking for it I'm sure nothing will happen. I've aslo been to Millwall as a "home" a few times and not seen any trouble. Even been to Millwall West Ham and saw only abit of trouble. There is so many police that if anything does kick off it's quickly put down.

Keep your head down, don't wear stone ilsand, don't shout in a thick west country acent and keep at all times in sight of a police man and you'll be fine. I personaly will be hiding behind as many people as possible and I'll have my running shoes on just in case and if worst comes to worst then I'll just pretend to be a "wall" fan and having a london acent I'll be fine he he he Smiley

Cissy!

if acting deadpan was my only chance of avoiding a kicking, i think i'd rather sit with the home fans in a millwall shirt

I will be going to the game, not wearing my colours thou. I went last season and we all sang your not scarry anymore  Clap . I'm more worried about my west ham fan and his missus who are coming with me  Sad should be a good game and i hope there isn't any trouble, i guess if you go looking you will find it.
The area around is a dump with all those chop shops , we are driving then getting the tube from the outskirts.
The championship here we come.   2nd Place

It is inevitable there will be trouble almost although I am sure the MET police etc will police the game accordingly inside and outside the ground given the fact there is lots on the line. If we win I dare say the Millwall fans will try to run riot. If we lose however they will celebrate on the pitch and run riot inside the ground, especially if Leeds lose. Have been to Millwall before and walked back to the tube no problems however there was nothing on the line. Could get very nasty so ofcourse just keep an eye on whats going on around you and keep your mouth shut and you'll be fine!  Bit of common sense really. Also i dare say we will be kept in the ground for quite a long time whilst the Millwall fans all leave the area.

What I want to know is, who is a good person to stand by when leaving the ground and who is dodgy as hell and likely to get clouted?

I was thinking of wearing colours,is anyone else?

I expect you'll be fine wearing colours if going by coach as I'm sure they will drop and pick up directly by the enterance / exit to avoid any confrontations

Millwall was fine a couple of years ago. Walked back to the tube, even saw a fan wearing a Town shirt.... Millwall was always a rough place to go to  even for a regular game , with everything at stake I am sure the locals will have a very large and nasty welcoming committee so be alert!!

If we do turn em over, they're still in the play-offs so if they get issued with the old 'if it kicks off against swindon, we'll be playing behind closed doors' warning, me rose coloured spectacles confirms it will be all handshakes and smiles at the final whistle ;-)

I think the Leeds result is what will determine how they react. If we win but Leeds win it wont matter

Only thing with that set of results is it might mean we are heading back to the Den in a weeks time. They like to put on a good show.
