There's not much room for any more, unless the Bank is opened....which should happen for the remaining games, for a tenner...

Agreed, good post. Let's hope common sense prevails..

apparently Gornell stamped down the back of Austins calf/ankle as the corner was about to be taken.

Not that I saw it myself.

Oh, and goodness knows what the penalty (and red card) was for but we'll take it.
Apparently the sly fucker raked his studs down Charlie's calf. 999 times out of a thousand they don't get given which is why the bastards do it. Fair play to the lino for spotting it.

Very easy win that, Tranmere easily the worst side i've seen this season, and that includes Southend who i thought looked like a pub team.

Surely the ball must have been in play, as a penalty was awarded ? Presumably the ball was in the air.

that was routine and easy.

I doubt we will have an easier game all season.

Angry Shouty Man was back today, only the second time I've seen him all season - the other time was Hartlepool.

We won and he didnt even shout any abuse, not even for Jon-Paul McGovern who must have killed his mother last season, the way he went on.

Was angry shouty man back?! I didn't even realise he was there, we must be doing well.

Was a dull game. We never got out of second gear, and in all honesty never had to. Not sure what the tranny defender was thinking for the oggy. He just sort of ran into the ball from what i saw.

Only one real bit of skill in the whole match was Austins goal. Great touch, great composure, great finish. He's rather good that ked.

The lino flagged as soon as the corner was taken, I thought it was because the ball was not in the D, then I realised he was indicating a penalty.  Didn't see the incident.

great result today, we were in control all through the game.
they had no chance 10 or 11 players, very average team with no attacking threat.

great goal for austin, darby done well and its only a matter of time before Sheehan and Douglas get a goal!

thought the atmosphere was poor considering 9,500 crowd, TE/DRS wilsons red and white army was poor today  No Tranmere fans had a drum which was annoying  Head Hurts
agree with others the bank should be opened. id happily spend a few games there.

seeing the league table come on the tv in the CGH was enjoyable for me  Grin

good times as they say! even treated myself to the blue shirt today! (probably be a tenner next week but oh well!)

looking forward to the Colchester game..........

How many do you reckon we'll have at Colchester?

Would like to think we'll take over 1000 but I expect around 6/700 to make the trip. Any idea how many tickets we have for it?

i got my Colchester ticket after the game and there was quite a big queue with most people getting their Colchester tickets too.

anything less than a 1000 would be very poor imo.

were in a great position now.

angry shouty man, is a man who shouts very angrily.

he had a season ticket around us last season and would shout the most stupid things, always negative as well. He was never happy.

He missed two games and we won both back to back!! then he came back and we were rubbish again.

He seemed to have a deep hatred for all things Jon-Paul McGovern, on occasions McGovern was out injured and still getting stick from this man!!

Aljofree was another one of his favourites, once moaned at for not getting the ball back to centre quickly enough (!!) whilst the Huddersfield players were still very much celebrating in our half anyway!

He didnt come back this season, great - then we saw him for the Hartlepool game and we lost. This is the first time I've seen him since and I was worried!

He also looks a bit like shrek!

Easiest 3 points we will get this year but you still have to put the performance in which is exactly what we did.

Be interesting to see the match stats for today (Dave)
