Problem with USB

My PC keeps popping up a message saying "USB Device not Recognized"

The thing is I have nothing plugged into any of my USB ports..
Is it fucked?

Yes, could be the host USB controller but more likely the motherboard has thrown a wobbly or you may be able to get over it by reinstalling the USB host controller drivers.

Try getting the usb/motherboard drivers from the manufacturer website and re-install.
