All Dutch teams have tasty support.

I might be totally wrong, but I think that video was about Sparta Prague.

Read somewhere that Sparta Rotterdam are the oldest team in Holland, formed in 1888. Their home stadium is smaller than ours as well!

I'm going to PSV v Sparta Rotterdam on Sunday. Now PSV Eindhoven have shit support. Went last season at home to Roda JC. Stadium was sold out, and we were nice and toasty thanks to heaters in the roof of the stand!! And you can drink beer in the ground as well!

Roda won 3-2 and the PSV fans only sang just after they scored, it was as if they expected to win (they should have done on paper being top of the league) Roda fans were great and never stopped singing from 1st minute to last (I think even if they had been hammered they would still have sung).

Hopefully the atmosphere on Sunday is a little better, although I expect I will have the hangover from hell as going out in town Saturday night.

Random as I went to the Sparta v PSV game in Nov 09 and PSV fans did not stop singing for 90mins, not a peep out of sparta, bar me and 11 mates asking the homes fans for an SSSSSSSSS,  WWWWUUBBBBBUUU,  IIII, N, D, O, N,  Who hate sthe Oxford?  S-Win-Don.   Didn't get much of a reaction and the PSV fans looked confused

I thought you had to get an I.D card to attend any game in Holland  (top flight games anyway) Is that not the case any more?

Nope, although did pre-order tics from UK

Must be the usual away fans with decent vocal support as opposed to the home supporters.

Just back from Eindhoven. Sparta equalised in injury time, the natives were very restless!!

The away section at PSV is very clever. Straight out through a metal tunnel to a train station right outside the ground and to coaches. Seemed like it would be very difficult for there to be trouble after the game.

Got tickets reserved for PSV v Feyenoord on Sunday 11th April. Hopefully there should be a bit of atmosphere in this game!!

IIRC, is that not what they do at Millwall?

If our last game of the season puts them out of the play-offs, those going might want one

Yes thats what they do at Millwall but you still share both london bridge and south bermondsey stations together, the tunnel is at the bottom of the steps at s.bermondsey and come s out at the away end.

After browsing Millwall's forum after we played them I've decided not to go to The Den on May 8th!

The Kevin Amankwaah incident has really pissed them off. Scary club.

You'd really let a reputation and some stuff you've read on the internet to put you off going to a massive massive game like that? I've been to Milwall a couple of times, and unless you're very unlucky or go looking for trouble, you'll be fine!
