We had a fairly big crowd for Southampton earlier this season. It wasn't capacity but it was the best Home atmosphere this season.

Its a massive game for the League 1 title.
If we beat Leeds they are really rocking and Norwich and Charlton could overtake them in the next week. If Leeds win then they will have restored a lot of confidence and will probably go on to win the league.

I think it was about 10.5k for soton game from memory. Was my little girls first Swindon game. She wanted to go home at half time and I had to bribe her with sweets, chips and capri sun! Got my ticket for leeds today. I usually just pay on the day but just on the off chance it sold out I though I'd get one. Noisy bit of the townend. Looking forward to it. Daughter not coming! |

Not a bad guess Ralphy...there's only been one crowd bigger since then, in fact not too long afterwards...14740 v Blackburn in the LC. A sorry indictment of a time of crap cup performances and rule changes...ie Leeds game when before there would have been a replay..this time we just go out on pens. The crowd v Soton this season was 13,041. |

And of course the possibility of closing for second place for us...theres alot of games left,more than enough if we continue on current form. |
