They've sort of tried to do that with U2 aswell.  Bad form.

I haven't had lardy for years, my nan used to get it for us all the time, I've been wondering what's been missing from half-time.

Can't get a good lardy now....when I were a kid, there'd be enough grease on them to lubricate the pistons of a pocket battleship......health fascism.

Was down in Dorset last week, found one bakers which still does them and had a couple of bits. Nice, but not how I remember my gran's in the 70's.

Anyway, I asked one of the bakers and she told me it's very hard to get hold of them now, something to do with the animal fat etc, didn't understand what she was going on about really but it seems that she was saying that bakers down there would like to make them/sell them etc but leglisation/health and safety etc is stopping it.

Bakery in  Burford does them - often pop in on the way down from Brum.  I think they're vile but the teenage sons love 'em

Which bakery? I'm intrigued by the thought of 'lardy'.

I'll swap you you're 5 for the one's I've met, they're shit!  Tongue

JOKE!

In no particular order: Walrus, Mex, JMH75, Whits, Sonic, Yeovil, Spacey (my hero), DV85, Spencer, Kinky Tom (and his dad) Fatbury, STFClady.

DMR, Asher, Dex, Marie, and a Reeves boy - afro? Saw them at Barnsley.

I love them all.
