Looks like payment is pending on my acc anyone else had the cash taken yet?  Saves me a job calling them and changing lead names if it is coming out regardless.

I heard a snifter that they will be featuring some of the greatest headliners from years gone including some of the original bands.  As the Kinks we’re supposed to headline the original Glasto but cried off ill I just wonder if they’ll be on for a reunion.

I saw Ray Davies last year in the Acoustic tent and I wasn’t expecting much but it was one of the best sets I have ever seen.

To answer my own question, T-Rex (still called Tyrannosaurus Rex at that point).

Talking to yourself is great - I'm really good company.

My missus' dad went to the first Pilton Pop Festival... I think he went because Pete Townshend did an acoustic set but I know that Stackridge were the first band to play the festival and the organisers gave out some free milk.

We have another confirmed artist for the Glastonbury 2010 line up. It comes in the form of Andy Williams. 81 and from the USA, Andy has announced to the world that he was asked by Michael Eavis to play at the Glastonbury 2010 music festival. A packed audience at Cheltenham Literature Festival cheered when he told them that he’d been booked.

I saw that and was chuffed Jim.  He was great on Jools Holland last week and a legend in his own right.

Absolutely perfect for a chilled out sunny Sunday afternoon on the Pyramid Stage.

I'm tone deaf anyway so I'm sure it'll sound great full of dirty red wine and cider.  I hope it's sunny but I know you shouldn't complaint but it was to hot this year.

The sun was so bright in the morning it was impossible to sleep off the excesses of the day before.  Like waking up in a sauna of your own sweat.  Aside from the one night it rained and I woke up in a small river as my tent was buggered.

Try Bennicasim! Its in a Spanish desert. You go to bed at 6am then wake up an hour later bathing in your own toxic sweat. Saw some good music, but never a-fucking-gain.

Isle of Wight '03 was bad enough, 30 degrees by 9am and no shade.
