I'm a bit fed up of the BBC website two minute updates and know nothing about IT - is there anyway I can listen to the commentary via the wonder that is the internet?  I don't live locally so I can't use the wireless.

Won't they just cut the commentary before kick off, just as BBC Radio Swindon do?

They do indeed, unless you listen via the airwaves in the local area.
