Well to be honest, there can't be many other ways for their hundreds (?) of owners to come to an agreement

It's quite interesting when you read up on it.  The fans/members get a full breakdown of the financial offer on the table (upfront transfer fee, future fees payable and sell on clauses etc) plus they also got a statement of how this would impact the playing budget for the coming season (extra £890 per week can spent on players from this sale).  Imagine other clubs releasing such details.
