Yes and no, MKD from Crawley is a huge step up in club size and probably wages too, Crawley are broke and RHM is a proven goal scorer at this level, if you can keep him fit.

Yes but he does cause chaos in defences for the opposition at times, sometimes he caused chaos with his own team mates too but thats how he is.
