I recall fan talk, only.  Don't think that joining was ever probable.

I don't really get this current trend of people getting picked up by customs for bringing weed into the country. There's fucking shitloads of it being grown here in the UK and it's not the weak designer pot from the 60s - it's pretty damn potent with around 30% THC being in most cannabis. So why tf are these people risking bringing it into the country when they could probably {especially someone with money let JET} could probably operate a successful ''hydroponics'' business right here in the UK. And the best part, is it could even be being done legally.

Businesses in the UK can legally grow weed for THC extraction - and not even for medical purposes. But to manufacture THC based confectionary to export to the USA {their demand is quite a high market}. This was something a friend of mine was considering as they manufacture alcoholic pastilles. It turned out that for them to legally operate as a supplier for the export market, all they needed was a government licence at around six-hundred quid.

So yeah, why tf are these idiots bringing it back in? Nearly every town you walk in has the stench of weed lingering in the air and the cops seemingly don't give much a damn. Kids do blatant exchanges in the street from one electric scooter to the next but try to look inconspicuous {which I find hilarious as it looks even more shifty af, like they've watched a movie and well that's how you successfully complete a drugs deal kids - I wouldn't no, I just know if I did, I wouldn't do it like that}, yet the fact is they don't really give a shit as well.

Would you be offended if I created a TL;DR bot for you because I feel like almost everything you post could be said in a couple of sentences at most.

Lewis Ward has been released by Wimbledon.

If Ripley signs and Bycroft goes I can see him rolling up here as no.2 again....

There is so much about that whole story which is just plain odd, doing all that with £600k's worth of weed and he was going to make £5k out of it (one would assume at worst a couple of weeks salary for him), he either owed someone big time or is just a bit clueless?

Yes its not a large amount of money and as you state probably 3 or 4 weeks wages at Morton. Theres some debt being paid back there for sure, he never came accross as very intelligent in interviews but he was a decent player when he played against us.

The difference between Ripley and Bycroft was night and day.
