I have a feeling that was why they approached us about Williams, a settling influence for him, but that didnt work out too well for them as Willo signed for the much bigger club Gilligham! |

Rumours from Burnley that Scott Twine lined up for a season long loan at Burnleys near(ish) neighbours Wigan in L1, massive drop from the Premier League if true, he deserves a season in the Championship at least if he goes out on loan.

I had my doubts that he wouldn't be given much of a chance in the premiership but would have expected him to go on loan to Preston rather than Wigan.

Just caught up with Kasali Yinka Casal's LSPod ep. He's a very chatty guy, and also has one of the more interesting recent careers - he choreographs/works on the football scenes for Ted Lasso. Did that come up before? Something a little different.
It's an interesting ep, even if he spends the best part of an hour getting to the age of 16!

From the discussion it sounded like his brother was his de facto agent and seemed to do a good job of selling him, but basically he just was a good footballer, but had legs made of balsa wood and we didn't do a medical (or didn't pay attention to the results of it). |
