Having given up the full-time game, Gary needed another income and went into the insurance business before returning to the outdoor life. For the past 17 years, he has been a postman and currently works in the Mumbles area of Swansea. |

Whatever happened to Gary Emmanuel? I've managed to erase most memories of that disastrous 81/82 relegation to Div 4 season (0-5 O*ford fer chrissakes) but I do remember Gary ran his bollocks off in the last match at Newport. Too bad he and his mates didn't do the same in the previous 45 games. |

Fighting galore and rather juicy. You're not kidding. I ran to the station virtually non stop, some hike that was. Found out later a mate got whacked, broken cheekbone and a night in Newport hospital. I was glad when they went tit's up. |
