Listening to a podcast with Sean Morrison, mentioned he’s just moved back to Cardiff as a base and waiting for the right move.

Am I imagining he was linked with us in the summer? Would fit into that summer transfer strategy of ex players and using location

Don't think central defenders are our biggest problem tbh.

No I don’t either, was trying to remember if his name came up around that time.

Either way, if he was then I imagine it was a one or the other between him and Hall

His name got a mentioned because he’s an ex player & was a free agent.
Don’t think there was ever anything more than that.

Long time since I’ve seen him play but he was significantly better than Grant Hall ever was…

Unless he's completely shot you'd definitely sign him if you could in our position.

Possibly. But we've scored half the goals we did this time last season - and yeah that was a crazy start

How was it?

Yeah it was excellent to be fair. What a fantastic bloke, had time for everyone and more than happy to shake everyone's hand, pose for photos, signatures etc.

Some brilliant stories and spoke so fondly of his time here. Not sure if this was common knowledge or not (I wasn't aware) but he said when he tried to sign Shaun Taylor the club said no as they didn't have the money so Glenn lent the club £200k to fund the deal, took a good few years to get the money back though

Definably worth going to see him if you get the chance.
