I wrote his profile on Rich Banyard's site. Bit of a sad story really, too much too young and never played a professional game again after leaving us but somehow stayed on Chelsea's books until 2019. |

The fee is way too low and Hull are way too shit for him to consider. I suspect he will go to Sheff Utd or Norwich, or maybe even one of the newly promoted Premiership clubs like Fulham or Boremuff. It would be good to get some more money from Boremuff after they got Richie for so cheap. |

Must admit I dont remember it being said just a figure of 20% was mentioned, with his original fee being just £250k though if hes sold for £5m say then we would get £1m based on a 20% sell on or £950k is 20% profit. |
