Anyone have any preferences? I thought this might help Ben as he has threatened to go all "thingeys under the names" again! Absolute for me! Nice taste, good strength, great bottle design! Anyone else? Also, what are the preferences for additions to the spirit? Diet Coke for me!

Just got a half bottle from the shop as I was running out of beer and fancied something different. Just Smirnoff, they didn't have much of a range.

no coke as a mixer. I like coke and the addition of vodka makes it taste like horrid coke.
Lemon Fanta or various other sweet fizzy beverages are ok, but if I'm mixing then you might as well go for something imaginative.
I'm on neat tonight.

I went to Poland recently -the home of Vodka. Drink through a Polish Vodka menu - best night you will ever have. No mixers, the drink is nice on its own.
Nothing you can buy cheaply in this country is worth drinking.

Never really tried a session neat tbh! Maybe I should give it a go!
So what is the best readily available neat apart from travelling to Poland? (queue Chubbs)

I remember having a decent night in a Russian restaurant in Exeter on a fairly vast selection of vodkas. Was expensive but good.
I think it's hidden around by behind the library somewhere, although I can't really remember.

No vodka for me, I'm all for rum, usually on the rocks with a big old squeeze of lime. Failing that I'd go for a really nice whisky of some kind.
If you're on the look out for new tipples then give the drink in my avater a go - 55% of pure mayhem, and delicious too. Has to be done neat, either in 2cl shot form or in a big old brandy glass over ice. French drink made from herbs, yummy!!

Love rum at the moment, its a nice change after a couple of whiskey years. And always used to hate Gin, but the combination of sunny weather and G&T's is a winner.

Try as I might I really cannot get to grips with G&T, think I'm destined to always dislike it, shame as I'd really like to enjoy it.
