  ANDREW Fitton will turn his mind to “an important summer ahead’’ after welcoming the conclusion of former investor Bill Power’s High Court action against the club yesterday.

This seems to imply the outcome was the best case scenario for the club.... It was a loan, but one for which the old holding company was liable, not the club.
