I'm happy with this signing. He's here for a month and prepared to get stuck in. He's had a bit of problems with injuries but it's a month, if he gets injured then we'll look elsewhere.

Good news is that Danny Wilson says he wants to bring in players and he does. That's got to be a little bit encouraging right?

At 6'4" he should be able to Ed it inside the Pole.

Hoorah, Yea.

RP....if OTJ isn't the answer in his month, there really isn't long left of the season after that..also Greer will miss the key end of season games. I'm looking forward to May..the TEF can get down to more bollocks than usual.

I lose track of all the loan rules these days

Why cant we extend it to cover the final game? Why are we allowed to only to have up to that point?

I suppose the only way around it would be to have Doncaster cancel Greers contract and us to sign him up and then register him before the last game.

I thought you could only sign un-registered players permanently if they were un-registered at the end of the transfer window. Not sure that cancelling their contract would change anything, or everyone would do it to get round the rules.

I assume this is the first time we have ever had two players in the team with double-barrelled names

We could only sign him for a maximum of 3 months (93 days) and those 3 months run out just before the Peterboro game unfortunetly

Would we be more angry if Wilson made no signings at all? I'm not completely naive enough to realise the mess we're in but I acknowledge that Wilson is doing what he can Smiley

Wilson, despite not sorting out the consistency on the pitch, has done pretty well so far imo, been loving some of his team selections.  But then again I'm easily pleased as I was never that disppointed with MM's reign here either.
