Its only the fact they'll cost peanuts and can't be any worse than some of others. The theory is something along the lines of better being young and crap with time to improve than being old and crap.

Keep Brezovan, Vincent, Allen.
Performances needed Easton, Nalis, Kanyuka, Joyce, Kennedy.
The rest. Dont care. Apart from Bazza (sorry its over, isnt it?).
Shame there arent a few others whose contracts are up (Macca, Paynter, JPM, Aljofree, CASAL, Amankwaah).

Jack Smith Vincent Easton Brezovan
The rest are making up the numbers and need to go, although there are one or two who I'd keep if they showed significant improvement in the next couple of months.

Morris, Hyde and Tom Evans keep? I thought Hyde had already been told he'd be off in summer and Wycombe were lining him up?
Other than those three you're probably right.
Jake Hyde has definatly been told he has a future at Swindon and the whole Wycombe thing was blown out of all proportions, Swindon wanted money for Jake and Wycombe wanted him on a free...so no deal, he didnt even have a trial there as was reported incorrectly elsewhere.

Im more confident than ever that Allen will make it. As a youth he was head and shoulders above the rest of that team. Just needs to learn a bit more about positioning and have a bit more confidence (he can go past a player) and he will be a great asset.
Just please please hope he keeps his feet on the ground. Dont get corrupted by the STFC pissheads!

I hope so, he's probably my favourite player at the minute. Not that it's a great achievement amongst the current lot. A little League One Xavi Hernandez.

Im not so sure if we released some of our players we'd find better ones. Take for example Phil Smith. He's been poor this season but lets not go into that. His previous seasons he's been a very steady keeper for us. He was probably even better than Brez was last season.
This is the first time for a number of years we've had two decent keepers. Rather than one keeper and a cheap rubbish/youngster on the bench as cover. Sure he's been poor this season but hopefully he'll come good under Wilson.
Although I reckon he wont want to stay here as a number 2 anyway and will go to someone who can offer him first team football.
So, Id keep the likes of P.Smith, J.Smith, Easton, Allen, Vincent, Brez & Kennedy.
I'd like to see more of Kanyuka in midfield before I judge him but he hasnt impressed me up untill now. Corr depends on fitness maybe a pre season and a short term contract mainly made up of bonuses based on appearences.
Morris, Hyde and Evans I wouldnt know enough.
Pook, Nalis and Sturrock can all go

Malpas did say this sort of thing. But it was usually an idle threat because he couldnt attract better players than what we already had.

Ime warming to Amankwah..and he wont be going while Wilsons here..obviously the main point is(which i think again the adver didnt point out)if we go down or stay up depends on who will stay or who goes.
