Savon in the fridge overnight normally helps. The problem is that when you piss it burns.

spreading a liberal layer of natural yoghurt around your sphincter is the best relief for a burning arsehole. sometimes its pleasant even if you've not been eating spicy food. perhaps get a dog involved too. not cats though, their tongues are too coarse.

If it burns when you piss you have a very different problem. The active ingredient in chillies is Capseicin and it is only soluble in fats, not water.

It was a lazy Friday night, so an eggs, bacon, sausage and beans fryup, but someone forgot to buy the mushrooms and tomatoes. Useless.
Fried bread was requested but when advised (told) it wasn't good for the heart, we just had toast.
Yep. Wide awake at stupid o'clock again.

Is there a certain sense in dropping an 'E kebab'?

Its only after I have a ring stinger. I am a real fat bastard so maybe it goes thruogh a few more layers of blubber than for others. It doesn't burn this morning but did last night. The savlon has helped.
