He can cuss him all he wants but I remember him being quite good in the air.

Oh fer Christ's sakes, I'm sure he's not the cheapest option, of all the moronic criticisms.

someone claimed Wilson was the cheap option and why is a manager who got sacked for failing at Hartlepool good enough for us.

Although Hartlepool not once said Wilson was sacked!!

In more detail?

Someone texted in saying he was the cheapest option and he had failed at Hartlepool.

Fitton paused for a second, considered swearing and told him he didn't know what he was talking about and considering Hartlepool's budget/crowds he'd done well.

Danny Wilson is the cheap option as we don't have to pay compensation, that's pretty much it.

People can be utter morons - but we expected this to be the case regardless of who took over.

1554: That is the most remarkable thing I have ever seen during the interval at a football match. Phil Brown led his Hull players to their away support and after applauding the fans, he sits the players down on the ground and gives them an almighty rollocking. After five minutes, he tells them to go back to the dressing-room. They look utterly humbled. They should be. They were absolutely shocking in that 45 minutes.

Bloody hell, that's at half time. They're 4-0 down but blimey O'Reilly.
