Anyone know where I can find a free electoral roll search?

I need to find some addresses that aren't coming up on 192.com

If you know the post codes I think you can search on the post office website.

Just sit outside their house and watch them come and go. Then go through their bins. That is what I used to do.

I think you completely missed the point John. I don't have their addresses, just a name and a rough idea of where they live.

If you pm the details you have I will run a few checks for you. But I can only do a basic search a more detailed one costs money. It would help if you could tell me roughly when you think they lived, the town, full names etc.
