JVC could have a valid point. I always tend to understate my ambitions to the board at the beginning of the season, and so they always end up happy when I over achieve. |

I am really beginning to get to grips with the tactics now, although I haven't figured it all out yet.
Also your assistant managers comments do help, learning to deal with the comments that he makes will go a long way.

i recognise those tactics BR.
i'm still in the prem. First season in there i finished second bottom. Gotpromoted straight back via play offs and survived by finishing 14th.
Now in my second season and have a mint squad (which i'll post later) thanks to the board allowing me a good transfer kitty.
Have told the board i'll avoid relegation to which they gave me a £22m transfer budget and a £300k a week wage limit.
