how can you sign Owen on more than what your wage budget is?!

the minute i go near my wage budget it limits what i can afford to key players being offered approx £500pw.

For some reason, because he was a key player I was allowed to exceed my wage budget. It didn't increase when he signed though, just put me massively over it.

Midtable Championship third season, really need to strengthen my defense.

And the PSP version is good for a laugh, not as challenging as the PC version but kills time on trains and buses.

Just got this.

Just installed it and so not played yet. Is the patch automatic?

If you've installed it using steam then it will update itself automatically.

I started a season with Atletico. I now 12th in LA Liga in Early Feb. hit a rough patch of form atm. Sold Forlan to Real Madrid and Bought Osvaldo from Fiorentina.

I just can't win. In my first season and currently sitting around 20th. Just can't seem to score.

i've got a decent tactic i'll post up later which is working wonders for me.

i'm also in the 5th round of the FA Cup after beating West Ham @ Upton Park. Now is a replay with Coventry to hopefully get through to the 6th round

That would be great, cheers Magic. I've been using my tactic that I used in FM08 but it doesn't seem to work at all in FM09.

same same. it seems to work so much better for me in 09 though.
In FM08 i was struggling in the chanpoinship but i'm not now.
Hopefully i'll get into the Prem but i doubt i'll survive more than one season

I just cant find a tactic that is consistent enough, I get some good results then some terrible results, nothing other than 442 seems to work for me.
