Started a game as Shakhtar in Ukraine, Its proving difficult as you get 40mil to spend but they have a rule where you have to have 7 ukranian nationals in your starting 11 so i buy ace players and they rot on the bench

This game is what I would describe as being a total waste of time. It isn't even fun to play.

I liken it to a poem that doesn't rhyme.

What makes you think that a poem has to rhyme?

Terrible analogy Michael.

I signed him on about £5K a week he played 2 games and then got injured and missed the rest of the season..I freed him at the end of the season!

I'm quite enjoying the 3d in this. Cox is an utter legend and I have only signed 2 young loanees from the Premiership (Landsbury from Arsenal and some youngun from Spurs who is always injured) and Michael Twiss. Aljofree is a wanted man and Kasal is utter shite but I have no other real options on the left! Played a handful of games and sitting about 9th.

I also got Fowler in my first season. He played well for 3 games and then was absolute shit. Paynter was quality on the other hand.

Moral of the story Billy Paynter>Robbie Fowler>Trevor Benjamin

I started a new game last night after installing the 9.2 patch and went a bit mad and ended up signing about 10 new players in pre-season. Off the top of my head the ones I can remember are Tommy Black, Phil McGuire, Paul Burns, Seyfo Soley, Peter Gilbert & Robbie Fowler.

Managed to ship about 5 out on loan and sold Aljofree and Sturrock.

MKD or Crewe always buy Aljofree from me for around £250k inc add ons and Sturrock always goes to Wrexham in the 7 or 8 games I have started with the Town.
