Good work Ben, although poor Stripey.

I finish work soon, and so after getting home and having a couple of beers I think that I may contribute.

Eh? Thought you'd be dead chuffed
the bloke should say something publicly asap.he either needs to give the dreaded vote of confidence or get shot of malpas.say anything really, but he cannot just say nothing.it's hit a point where fans need to hear something from the board.

i'm glad he spoke but as others popinted out doing so wouldn't wash with some.
i did say after reading others resposes that i was unsure if he should say anything if he was sticking with malpas.i changed my mind slightly.
the responses to the article prompted the above post really.i'm going the way fitton wants us to and many will take note of what he has said.but there will be others who will not bow to his wishes.thats why the inevitable is only being delayed imo.maplas is a goner.it's just when that we dont know

Let's be honest though if Malpas does not manage to turn things round in the next month or so then Fitton & Co will have a decision to make as I'm sure his plans for this season did not include a relegation fight.

I'm undecided really on whether Malpas will turn this around, I think Friday is crucial if we manage to get a good win (2-0 +) then it may instil some confidence in the management that they can fix this and in the players that the management is capable of coming through this, but if we lose then it put's more pressure on the home game (the mickey mouse cup is irelevant) and certain fan's will not be as forgiving it will just increase the abuse.

They may point to our away form being better but we're not exatly picking up 3 pts per away game are we ?

It also needs fan's to agree to keep their criticism until after the final whistle so fan's cannot be blamed for any poor performance.
