Not exactly a film, but I'm hoping to get the Band of Brothers box set on Blu Ray soon.

It'll be amazing on Blu-Ray though. We haven't sold one copy on Blu Ray in Durham yet! However, the DVD sells in the masses everyday.

I get 30% off everything except consoles.

Nothing on Grotbags or Emu, I doubt it's on DVD yet.

The Blu Ray set is only about £35 I think.

Believe so. Online is cheaper than HMV obviously, but suprisingly they're not struggling as much as you'd think in these unstable financial times.

I wouldn't rarely purchased anything from HMV until I got my discount.

Watch 'A Room For Romeo Brass', if you haven't already.  Paddy Considine is superb in that as well, he completely makes the film.

Apparently Paddy and Shane Meadows were both in a band with Nick Hemming out of The Leisure Society (www.myspace.com/theleisuresociety) which is dead odd 'cause the only thing I've heard of TLS is 'The Last Of The Melting Snow' which is great but very twee and folky and sweet. I can't help but wonder what the fuck those two were doing in a band with this bloke.

I got the box set of Band of Brothers recently for £20, I never saw it first time round as I was out of the country. It's really good.

Also not really a film I'm a couple of episodes into the 1981 BBC Telly series of The Day Of The Triffids. Awesome stuff.

I re-bought that BBC Halloween special from the early 90's Ghostwatch, t'other day. Dated, but still good fun... It's great when 'Pipes' turns up Smiley

Sarah Green, awesome Cheesy
