Let's be honest are they really going to tell some kids how much they earn.

If you accept that figure as the average, then the annual salary bill for the squad would approximate to £5k x 52 weeks x 20 (?) players = £5 million, or approx £6 million when the Employers' NI cost is added. (I have no idea whether the club offers further benefits such as employer pension contributions.)
Seems too high to me.

He shouldn't really be telling people customer's private finances should he. I'm sure he could be sacked for that.

Mods?
Hanneyred doesn't post much, so may not have seen jb's/Batch's advice. One way or another, we should take this down ASAP.

Of course it's too high. Wages/salaries in the last accounts were £3.8million, or £4.2million including NI. http://www.swindontownfc.co.uk/staticFiles/25/67/0,,10341~157477,00.pdf

Mate, It's not a good idea putting it on a public forum. Just delete it.

Anyway back to transfers.
What would people's feelings be if Constable did sign for us ??
To me, it would take a bloody lot to win me over. I can't just forgive him for scoring 2 goals against us and kissing the Oxford badge on the hallowed turf. He could slightly redeem himself by scoring the winner at the Kassam in March.
Not sure how I'd feel about this. It would be funny though to wind the Pox up !
