Anyone fancy sending in a text/email to the BBC updates thing and suggest we are going to sign Steve Lomas as he was spotted in Don Rogers Sports or something?

Apparently he looks good taking players on but rarely does actually go past players, plays inside too often when he could take them on.

Maybe with good coaching he will become a class player, has a bit of pace and good delivery.

Thats coming from a Pompey supporting mate that has seen him in the reserves a few times.

PS he got on the bench yesterday for Pompey.

Do we need to get shot of Aljo today or can he move after the deadline if we cancel his contract?

Celtic got their full-back:

From BBC

1202: DONE DEAL: Yet more from our friends north of the border: Dutch international defender Edson Braafheid has joined Celtic on loan from Bayern Munich until the end of this season.

If we cancel his contract he's a free agent and able to sign for anyone.

Indeed it is.

So them signing that full back doesn't make any difference as he's dutch.

Hes also 26!

But Caddis has been playing left back and so he is not needed in that position but Celtic have signed a youngster from Motherwell that is U21 and Scottish.

'League One outfit Colchester have made the deal of on-loan midfielder David Prutton permanent after Leeds agreed to cancel his contract'

Hmm would have liked him.
