I never thought Jonathan Douglas would sign!
Championship clubs were looking at him!

I don't honestly believe Billy Sharp will be a Swindon player, be it permanently or on a loan basis. Notts County may offer serious wonga, but frankly why go to L2 if Championship clubs are interested?
I'd be very disappointed if he went to Brighton or Notts County instead of us, but not entirely surprised. I expect him to stay in the Championship though.
Pretty certain I read that Notts County had a £1m bid accepted and Sharp turned it down as he didn't want to drop down to League 2.

A guy on TFF has posted Danny Webber to Swindon, I thought he was going to Middlesboro a few weeks ago but he is still listed as a free agent.

Perhaps we have him in training disguised as this Seye fella.

Palace and Boro have both gone on record with their interest in Webber, so don't really see that one happening.

Mat Doumbe and Simon Walton from Plymouth, both training with Millwall with a view to joining.
Probably seen as replacements for Zak Whitbread, who looks to be on his way to the Championship.
Jamie Vincent has signed for Walsall after a trial on a 1yr deal.

I think some ones mentioned him before but what about Alan Sheehan... Surely if he went on loan to Crewe he'd come to us and i cant't see him getting into Leeds first team next year, he;d do a job for us.

Saw earlier that they wont be pursuing walton, but are talking to doumbe's agent. Has JS really signed for Millwall? If so surprised he got an L1 club.

Fair play to Jack Smith. I think he was decent enough for League 1 to be honest. A bit of a surprise that he's gone to a team like Millwall near the top of the division, but good luck to him.

Karl Hawley on the move. Not to Carlisle but elsewhere. rumoured to be Notts County but has scored goals at this level before hasn't he? http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11719_5470649,00.html

Hawley did do well at Carlisle and is a natural goal scorer.
If he goes to Notts County does that mean they have given up on Billy Sharp possibly?
