He's been poor during his spell at Derby. He reminds me very much of the centre-backs we already have: dodgy positionally, poor on the ball, liable to give away free-kicks/penalties. We need a no-nonsense man of a certain vintage to play alongside Ifil and lead the back line. Basically, we still need to replace Williams. |

I see the lad pilkington who played for stockport against us i see hes up for sale as stockport are in financial problems i see Huddersfield are trying to get him but surely he would be a good signing for us after what i saw of him the other night .

call me a miserable bastard if you want but moving from Stockport to Swindon isnt exactly a positive step in the young lads career. he's too good to come here. I'd be shocked if he left for another club in this league. |

I think I've accepted that we wont bring anyone in apart from maybe the two trailists. No loans or anything.
Almost seems like our plan is to not spend money and hope Brighton, Yeovil, Hereford, Crewe, Cheltenham & Leyton Orient continue to be worse than us then start again in the summer.
