We’ve exchanged seats before. Bristol Rovers in the Arkells springs to mind.

That was entirely avoidable if our stewards did something about coins being thrown by Rovers fans for about 20 mins and didn't opt with just shrugging their shoulders when told. They just sat back and watched it escalate.

I remember home to Pox, they lobbed coins from the bank into the Intel Stand, I used to go down that end. Some little kid got hit in the belly, luckily his jacket took the sting out of it. Twats.

Oldham did it a few years back after Conroy’s last minute winner, few of them launching coins.

Back in the 70s and early 80s it happened at almost every ground we went to, pretty much without fail.

I had hoped we had moved on since then.

Reading, Rovers and City were always the worst with coins with filed down edges to make them sharp, Gills away in 87 was the worst I have ever experienced with bottles and bricks thrown at us from outside the ground into the open stand.

Driving to away games in the 70’s & 80’s parking down side streets was scary times.
