I honestly think, a couple of proper CB's and we already have a very solid base to work from.
If we are going with the wing backs, then we probably need at least 3 centre backs as we cleared the decks in that department. We have Minturn, who I'd prefer to be out on loan for the season and Johnson, who may or may not play a game. Sign those three (good ones) and the team we could put out on paper looks a smidge better than the end of last season. You'd then need to bolster that with competition, and there are still a couple you'd play right now that I'd prefer to be back-ups in a proper promotion chasing team. |

Very strange why they don’t, Sobowale’s agent even posted on Instagram it’s a two year deal. |

Liked what I saw. Offensively, Sobowale's driving play helps set up defenders to be too slow to react quickly enough. Love his "feints". I can see the likes of Glatzel and McGurk feeding well off his runs. He does look fairly heavily right footed in the clips, so that might make help more intelligent attackers and defenders take a small advantage in some circumstances.

As with all signings obviously it's wait and see but looking at the Youtube clips, feedback from Shrewsbury fans and the fact he's played about 2/3 of a season at L1 level he seems a positive signing.
Good that it's a 2 year contract also.
