A permanent deal, interesting.

He's too old for Liverpool to develop now (23 next month). We may as well pick him up for a (I imagine a very small) fee before he gets released at the end of the season. I *think* he was well thought of at Tranmere before he got injured.

Presumably our Wakeling replacement, given Flynn and the club wouldn't let a player leave without having a replacement........

Explains why the medical is taking so long. Poor lad sounds like he's made of glass.
Have to get a double glazing engineer in to do the medical!

Brilliant, so we are operating with a 5 month lag on signing replacements.

Maybe the payment has been on standing order?

club teasing a signing on Twitter I reckon - looks like a Swindon fan is one at least.

Only half joking but Jephcott definitely used to come to Town games...

Updated version is in the keeper kit though, that'll upset the Wardistas.

22 years old, played a bit of national league. Feels like a compete with Ward rather than replace him signing, but who knows. More experience than Wes had when we signed him!

Same agent as Glatzer fwiw (not Standing's Agency, CAA Stellar who are very big so could be a total coincidence)

OK if we can play him and Ward at the same time!
